Author non-overlapping module layouts for Book Builder to scatter across a run. Drop slots, size them, pick a shape. Overlapping slots turn red — the set won't export until they're clear.

Measured shape-to-shape, not box-to-box — so shapes can nest as
closely as their real outlines allow, with a uniform channel between them. Set 0 to let
them touch.
Snapping is what makes two slots line up and match size — everything
lands on the same lattice, so equal widths really are equal.
Slots live inside this margin. Keep it clear of the gutter and, if you use the flip-book rotor, its corner.
Drag a slot to move it. Drag the small circle at its bottom-right to resize.
Tap one to select it, then change its shape or delete it below.
The box is the shape’s printed footprint — it stays locked to that shape’s
proportions, so resizing scales it evenly and what you arrange is what prints.
A full-page block fills the writing area on its own — save it as its
own layout so it mixes in with the shaped ones.
